The guest has total exclusive access to whole apartment apart from one locked hall cupboard which is house keeping and owners private store We are a local family, living close by and this is a family property owned by member who is currently working abroad. The guest will be checked in and have flat explained to them upon arrival. Any problems we can address quickly and any questions guests have we can answer as we know the area so well . The atmosphere is safe welcoming with lots to do and see within easy walk. There is on street free unrestricted parking but you really don’t need a car with such good transport links close by such as the Subway system, bus stops and affordable uber. Subway into city centre 10 mins ; bus stops 5 mins; Many West End attractions 5 mins walk, easy access to main roads and motorway good cycling routes off road close by less than 3 mins. Taxi rank 5 mins walk. This is a very quiet street but in heart of busy area so lots restaurants pubs clubs theatres and multiple family friendly attractions close by. However because it is residential historic area with common close access it is not an appropriate location for parties large gatherings or noisy events.
