A Very Relaxing Home In Silang Near Tagaytay

Thank you for checking our place! Our place is ideal for family bondings, small group gatherings, celebrations (such as birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, parties, etc), team buildings and more. The entire place is 850 square meters. It has a relaxing natural setting and good weather. Feel relaxed with the view of the trees, sound of the wind, and the chirping of the birds in the morning. Main House Our place has 1 studio type house that can accommodate 11 persons. The studio type has 1 king sized bed that can fit 3 persons and a loft that can accommodate 9 persons comfortably. It is air conditioned, has 1 toilet and bath, has a living room, TV, sofa bed, and veranda. Elevated Bungalow We also have an elevated bungalow that can accommodate 4 persons comfortably. Pool Our pool is 5ft deep and 3ft deep for the kiddie pool. We also have 1 common shower room and 1 toilet. Function Hall Our open function hall can accomodate 20 persons. It has 1 common toilet and shower. Our hall can be used for hosting events, parties, dining area. Since our place can only book 16 persons, additional guests in excess to 16 will be charged. Our place also has a Lanai area for the guests and a kitchen situated near the function hall. Free use of the pool, basketball area, function hall, lanai, garden area, swing, duyan, and our elevated bungalow. Our place is accessible to the following places: 11 minutes going to Silang Market 18 minutes going to Ilog Maria Honeybee Farm 13 minutes going to The Divine Mercy Church 11 minutes away going to La Salette Church 20 minutes going to Acienda Outlet 25 minutes away going to Tagaytay 30 minutes going to Nuvali We have stay in caretakers to provide quick assistance to guests anytime of the day. They have a separate house situated inside the compound. Our parking lot can accommodate around 4-5 cars. More than that, it is also safe to park your car/s outside the gate. House Rules 1. Check in time is 2pm and check out is 11am. Extension beyond 11am is subject to additional fees (P300/hr). 2. Additional guests above 15 are subject to additional fees. 3. You’ll be given a complimentary of 1 gallon of water. For additional, you may pay P100/gallon. 4. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. You may smoke outside the house. 3. Any damages to the property will be charged to the guest. 4. A security bond of PHP 2,000 is required upon check in time. (to be returned if no damages are incurred). 5. Bring your own towels and personal toiletries, food ingredients and condiments. 6. Children are permitted in pools with adult supervision as we do not have a life guard. 7. Please wear proper swimming attire. Cotton materials are not allowed for swimming. Lycra and Nylon are the best non-absorbent materials for swimming and are the best fabrics for proper swim attire. This is because cotton and other absorbent materials can break down in the water and cause fibers to clog filters. 8. We also offer videoke rental of PhP 1,000/day through our local supplier. If interested, please confirm with us at least a day before your check-in date.
