My house is situated on a quiet street and faces a beautiful open park with a playground and very close to walking tracks along the riverside. The house is 2 storeys and I live upstairs with my own private bathroom so you will have downstairs to yourself with your own private bathroom. Shared common areas include kitchen with all appliances required, lounge room with large tv and a small outdoor patio area. I am available on and off throughout the year.
