Charming renovated holiday appartment in Italy, Emilia Romagna. In the hart of the famous food region, where you can experience real parmazan chese, Parma ham, balsamico and abundance of fine local wine. The appartment consist of large livingroom in connection with an open kitchen. From the living area there is direct acces to a long balcony with a stunning view over fields and hills. There is a direct drop of 100 m just outside the house. In the lower floor you find a charming bedroom and toilet/bath both with same stuninng view. A socalled "hems" lies above the living area, where you find a sleeping area, and a living area with TV. There is wireless internet in the appartment.. The appartment is well suited for a longer stay, and we prefer to offer it for rent for at least two weeks and preferably a longer period.,You will need ot have a car available, as shopping possibilities are best found in the nearby town Pavullo. The appartment is ideal place to live if you want to explore both the two most exiting regions in Italy Emilia Romagna and Toscany. And remember, cost of living in Emilial Romagna is lover than in Toscany
