This elegant, spacious Three Storey Victorian Villa will provide you with a comfortable home-from-home stay in this Unesco World Heritage City. Situated just under a mile from the Royal Crescent, access to the City you could be exploring the many iconic attractions including The Roman Baths, Assembly Rooms, Jane Austen Museum, The Royal Crescent, The Circus and the Thermae Spa. Guests have full access to the house and a large garden, with patio and seating area. Ground Floor. 2 sitting rooms, dining room, breakfast room and kitchen with double oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. First floor. 4 bedrooms, 2 double ensuites, a family room consisting of one double and 1 single bed, and a double room. These two rooms share a large bathroom. Second floor. Two bedrooms, 1 twin ensuite and 1 single with a private bathroom. All rooms provide linen, towels and toiletries. The house offers ample, free, on-site parking for 3/4 cars A small well-behaved pet is welcome. In accordance with Government COVID -19 Guidelines, the house is regularly deep cleaned. Hand gel, gloves and hand wipes are available if required. Local amenities within a 5 - 10-minute walk, include a supermarket, delicatessen, cafes, a takeaway and a pub. Situated just under a mile from the Royal Crescent, access to the City is via a level walk through Royal Victoria Park or a stroll along the banks of the River Avon.
