Nestled in a secluded dingle surrounded by a stunning broad leaf ancient woodland The Bird Hide Tiny House is an off grid self build oak cabin hewed from the local trees. It sits in 3 acres by an open meadow near a dappled sparkling river with Open skies and outdoor fire pit. Cosy up by the real log fire, Enjoy pizza making in the indoor heated pizza oven and Hot tub area,Rest in the cabin spinning some vinyl on the Record player with the sound of rain on a tin roof . A pure slice of heaven! The Bird hide Tiny house is a unique warm and comfortable highly insulated cabin . We are lucky to be in a very secluded spot with easy access so you can park right outside the cabin . It is an Ideal location for a walking holiday or relaxing, recharging and reconnecting with nature .Brecon is a national dark skies area ideal for star gazers so you can enjoy a wild camping style holiday with none of the discomforts and all of the added luxuries. We are off grid so you can unplug for a few days from the modern world . The eco cabin has solar power that runs the lighting and sockets for charging phones and laptops etc but not hairdryers etc . As well as the massive fire pit by the river it has an outdoor bbq gazebo area for outdoor cooking . The bathroom has a Hot shower the kitchen is small but very well equipped with all the Kitchenware you should need , a double ring gas Hob for cooking . Note : The WC has two toilets: an eco sawdust compost Loo for number two's and a flushing loo for number ones. All the facilties are private just for you and your group You will have loads of space , in the bottom meadow , River & woodland We live just 15 - 20 minutes away, so normally at hand if needed. Brecon is a easy town to navigate it has plenty of shops / pubs /resturants and coffee houses. It has a lovely Cathedral, River front promenade, Theatre by the canal, Cinema and sports centre. The whole area is ideal for outdoor activities. Mountain walks, rock climbing, waterfalls, showcaves, canoe trips and cycling. Just down the road from Brecon you have Llangorse lake for sailing and paddle boats as well as an indoor climbing centre! 20 mins from Brecon is Hay on Wye (The town of books) located under the black mountains this is a very attractve bohemian town well worth exploring. The Bird hide Tiny house is just 1 mile from Brecon town which has a good taxi service. Buses to Cardiff at the moment are free on the weekends. The closest railway stations are Abergavenny and Cardiff - both of which have bus links to Brecon. At the top end of the property, although it is still very private, we have the Otter's Holt Cottage holiday let which can be rented in conjunction with your friends if you wish
