House Fortunat

The house is situated next to a meadow at the beginning of the village Modrejce. It's close to a forest, a lake, recreational areas (a children's playground, a volleyball and football field), a mini library, a picnic area, etc. They can prepare their meals in a simple but convenient covered kitchenette outside our house. In our yard, there's more than enough space not only for several cars but also for children's play. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, can accommodate 5 people. The apartment has two bedrooms, a small hallway, a toilet, and a summer kitchen under the roof. All the wooden staff in the apartment is made by me from local wood in my workshop in the center of Modrejce. There are so many interesting things to see and do around here that you won't be bored - not even on rainy days. The region is also known for music festivals and sports events in July and August (Overjam reggae festival, Metaldays, Punk rock, Soča outdoor, etc.), which take place only 5 kilometres from our house (5 minutes by car). PERFECT FOR FISHERMAN: Our son Adam is a passionate fisherman and a fishing guide. He knows the hidden spots where the typical fish - the Soča trout - can be found. CAMPING: There's also enough camping space next to the house, where our guests can sleep in their own or our tents. Camping is always an exciting experience, specially for children. I'm certain you'll find something for you to enjoy - at our house and in our valley. I'm looking forward to meeting you! Our guests can access apartment with summer kitchen and everything around house. On the way to Soča there is our meadow with some beautiful chilling places. They can also use our special recliner called 3cingl and hammock. Me and my wife will be glad to share all general and tourist information about Most na Soči and the valley of the Soča River with you. We will be always available if you need us. NATURAL SIGHTS: Tolmin gorge, Triglav national park, waterfalls, caves, fresh water springs, bioenergetic spots, etc. CULTURAL AND HISTORICAL SIGHTS: The church of Holy Spirit in Javorca, The walk of peace, 1st WW cemeteries, osuaries, museums, etc. SPORTS ACTIVITIES: Kayaking, rafting, canyoning, diving, zipline, fishing, suping, paragliding, cycling, hiking, mountain climbing, caving, etc. TYPICAL LOCAL FOOD: Curd, cheese, "jota", "štrukli", "frika", etc. WINE-GROWING REGIONS: Goriška brda, Vipava valley, Kras - 25 kilometres away The bus station is 1km away, and the train station is 2km away.
