Our home is clean, bright and cozy. It's all the rooms exterior. Well located. You've a walk to the beach. It's close to 4 * hotels. Quiet, new area with gardens. Ideal for sports, relaxation. You've available closed beer bars / tapas and shopping. This cozy, warm and beautiful property is located on the second floor of a residential building with elevator. It has views to a big and quiet common indoor area (see photos). . You can go walking to the beach. It is located in an area with 4 * hotels (Hotel Tryp Indalo Almeria Sercotel Gran Fama, Almeria Hotel Elba, ...) in the modern area of Almeria. It is close to Mediterranean Shopping Center. Forty minutes driving to Almeria's Alpujarra (Dalías, Celín, Berja, ...), and hour and five minutes to the Granada's Alpujarra (Alcolea, Cherín, Ugijar, Jorairatar ...). If you want to drive to the East of Almería, you can find in forty-five minutes the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata - Nijar. The Poniente Area is about 30 minutes driving from our apartment. My apartment has available a parking (It is not included in the price of Airbnb). If you are interested in booking it, you must to pay 10€ per day in cash when you arrive at home. The guests can use all the rooms of the house: kitchen, dining room, laundry room, two complete bedrooms and full bathroom. The breakfast includes: Coffee, Tea and Cocoa. Milk skimmed, fat and medium fat. Juices. Yoghourt. Bread. Cupcakes. Ham. Jam. Butter. Fruits. Eggs. The frigde will be available for the guest and you will have beers (alcohol and non alcohol), and cokes. For your welcome you will find on the main table some fruits and and chocolates. I will be available to locate those who want to visit tourist areas in Almería and surroundings. If you want enjoy with the following places or activities as (hiking, jogging, snorkeling, surfing, cycling, soccer, tennis, basketball, ...), and / or cultural events (visits theater, cinema, auditorium, Alcazaba, ...) please free contact me. The apartment is in a new, quiet residential area of Almeria, set in gardens. Surrounded by all necessary services: shops of all kinds, supermarkets, Mediterranean Shopping Center, 24h Open Shop, restaurants, tapas bars, sports centers, Pharmacy 365 days, Torrecardenas hospital, local police ... In Almeria town there is a bike track to enjoy the city's ecology. You can park easily your private car can in the street or in the vicinity of the apartment. You have available if you need public transport (taxi and bus). However, Almeria is a small town where you can walk anywhere enjoying a pleasant walk. It is necessary to bring suncare cream because Almería is a sunny city most of the year. Where you can enjoy a lot is visiting the beach, the mountains and the terraces of the bars. Ameria's people is very friendly.
