Please enjoy my Sandstone Sanctuary for a relaxing stay or a working holiday. You will find indoor and outdoor dining with two living areas and parking for 2 cars, tandem style at the back of house, off Gladstone Street. Ideal for 6 guests, my accommodation includes 3 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set on 3 levels. A central kitchen and dining sit under a large sky light. Great cafes on each corner, our local deli and grocery store, Papa Joe's and Balmain's London Hotel are just steps away. Circa 1855, this beautiful sandstone terrace has been my home since 2012. Located in the eastern end of Balmain, it's a close walk to the harbour, which overlooks the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge and CBD. Set over three levels, with 3 queen sized bedrooms and a fully established office, you will find lovely relaxing zones inside and out with double car parking at the rear. Everyone loves the cafes on each corner, our Italian convenience store down the street and the village of Balmain up the hill. Bus stop into the city at the front door, you will have everything you need to relax or work. My house is available for short or long stays. Looking forward to your enquiry.
