Refined small villa 900 meters away from the beach of Torre Lapillo, one of the most famous seaside locations in Salento, famous for its white sand and the crystal clear water. A dinner in the open with friends: the verandah and the built-in barbecue grill Villetta Giorgina is entire fenced and it`s equipped with garden, built-in barbecue grill and a large wooden pergola where you can have lunch or dinner or simply relax with family or friends. Three rooms with access from outside and 7 bed accommodations The house consists of three rooms with independent access from outside but communicating inside. The master bedroom has additional bunk beds and a bathroom with shower; the house is completed by the triple bedroom and the second bathroom with shower. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Air conditioning in two bedrooms.
