In a park of 3.5 hectares of secular olive trees in the countryside of Ostuni, in neighbourhood ParcoPaolino, a few meters from the famous Via Traiana known for the monumental Masserie, rises a unique construction perfect for groups of friends or big families. They are 2 Lamias in tuff, located 2 km from the white city of Ostuni and 3 km from the sea of Monticelli. The construction, dated 2017, is equipped with air-conditioning and composed of: Living room with fireplace, open space kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, and guest bathroom. Beside the Lamia there is a third double bedroom in an independent annex, with fireplace and en suite shower room. Each of the villas include external patios to relax, and chlorine free swimming pools of 4x12 metres with plenty of sun beds and lounge chairs.
