Light-filled and bright one bedroom Modern, private and secure accomodation. Perfect for families x 4 with everything you need at your disposal. Suitable for professionals, business people, couples, or visitors to Sydney. Perfect for overnight stay’s for that early morning flight. Or even long term accommodation. The granny flat has a modern bathroom, one very cosy & quiet bedroom with a queen size bed and plenty of wardrobe storage. The lounge room is very relaxing with a TV & DVD player & a comfortable sofa lounge that can be prepared to comfortably accommodate 2 adults. There is a washing machine (No Dryer!) but a clothesline in the courtyard. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and combines the dining table for meals plus a private cosy outdoor courtyard area. The accomodation is exclusive for our guests and is private, safe & secure. During your stay I am generally available to help with any useful information or queries that you might have either in person or by text or phone. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood cul-de Sac Street with no through traffic, fronting onto a Golf Driving Range, a children's playground and a cycleway connecting the City to Brighton Beach on picturesque Botany Bay. All within one kilometer away is Kogarah Golf Club, Botany Bay which has beautiful quiet beaches, Brighton le Sand with lots of good restaurants and vibrant night life. A Train trip to Cronulla beach, a train and bus to Bondi or catch a ferry to Manly. Our guests can park their vehicle safely on the street immediately outside the property. Arncliffe train station is about 12 minuets walk or 15 minuets to Wolli Creek station. 2 train stops away to the International and Domestic Airport and 3 train stops to Sydney Central station. There is also a bus service, one minute walk from the end of the street taking you to the City via trendy Newton. The airport is 2.5km. 5 to 15 minutes by car depending upon traffic. A taxi or Uber is the most economical & convenient way to the airport & will cost approximately AUD$20. Restaurant location. There are many excellent cafes & restaurants that cater for all tastes & budgets. 5 minuets drive, On Bay Street at Brighton le Sands, next to the beach front. There is Italian, Greek, French, Middle Eastern, Indian, Thai, Japanese Sushi, Burger cafes, Pizzeria’s, Desert cafes & Gelato bars... At Arncliffe there’s an excellent Indian restaurant next to the train station on Firth street Arncliffe which is a 12 minuets walk. & plenty of choices at the mall outside Wolli Creek station! House Rules: -Please be considerate & respectful of the property. - Removing your shoes when inside is appreciated! - Please! No! Shoes, Food or Drinks anywhere on the Carpet Areas! (Lounge area or Bedroom). - Do Not leave Heating or Lights on when away from the property. - Please! No Oil Frying inside the kitchen! There is a basic gas burner outside! - No Smoking Inside!
