Stylish apartment in Montebelluna

A cozy one-bedroom apartment in the hilly area of Montebelluna, furnished in a contemporary style but with a romantic touch. The place is located in a modern building in the heart of the picturesque borough of Mercato Vecchio. The bathroom has an hairdryer and bathrobes. The kitchen / living room is equipped with an espresso machine, a smart TV and a sofa bed. An Ozone Generator air purifier will be used before check in. - The kitchen is complete with: Pots / pans / dishes. Serving utensils. Microwave / oven / grill. Cook’s knives. Includes sponges, wipes and other kitchen utensils. Dishwasher, including soap. Refrigerator and freezer. Espresso coffee machine. - The living room is equipped with: Double sofa bed TV is Internet enabled and you can access your NetFlix account, YouTube etc… - The room is equipped with: A double bed, with two bedside tables and two bedside lamps. The room is equipped with a large wardrobe and clothes hangers. - The bathroom is equipped with: Towels, bathrobes Hair dryer and hand soap. A covered parking space is available in the basement. I live 10 minutes away from the apartment, so feel free to text me or call me if you need anything, I will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For smaller requests, my aunt will also be available since she lives in the same building as the apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect to enjoy long walks and bike rides surrounded by nature. If you also want to taste the culture of the Veneto Region, the village hosts, every first weekend of September, the traditional "Palio" race. Montebelluna is only one hour far from Venice airport and 30 minutes far from Treviso airport. The place is also just a 20 minute walk from Montebelluna train and bus station. If you want to rent a car or bicycle, or contact a taxi driver, we can provide you with all the contacts and information you need. - Before each new check in, an ozone sanitizer will be used to ensure maximum safety and hygiene for each guest. - The whole house is covered by WiFi and an efficient air conditioning system is available. - The Municipality of Montebelluna has imposed the payment of a tourist tax (to be paid directly to the host upon arrival at the facility). The tax is per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, with a fixed rate (in the case of our apartment) of 1.00 euro (per night). Children under the age of 14, disabled people (also accompanying persons) and members of the armed forces, police and firefighters who stay for work are exempt from taxation.
