A cozy, fully furnished one-bedroom apartment in Central Jakarta. Close to office buildings, malls (Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, Citiwalk), and public transportation (MRT, TransJakarta bus system, the airport train). Easy access to ATMs, convenience store, and food and coffee options around the apartment. Perfect for students, professionals, or a very small family :) Small but cozy, with plenty of storage fit for an extended stay. The bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, complete with water heater. The living room has a sofa that can be converted to a bed if needed. The kitchen is stocked with basic appliances and there is a foldable small dining table between the living and kitchen space. There is a smart TV in the bedroom, so you can relax and watch Netflix, YouTube, etc, and the TV in the living room is a cable TV. The balcony off of the living area has the view of city skylines. Wifi is included, so this place is perfect for a staycation, or even a long-term stay. For monthly stay, we have some services and facilities adjustment. Here are the details: - Basic cleaning not included as to not disturb your stay (and the price has been adjusted for this reason). However, if you need me to book a cleaner for any time, please let me know! - Include wifi and cable TV - Include maintenance fee - Exclude utilities (electricity, water) For all guests, please be mindful that this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, but is also my home when I stay in the city, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean throughout your stay as if it were your own. Plenty of ride-sharing options, either by bike or car (make sure to have the app downloaded on your phone). Close to the train station, TransJakarta Bus stations and the MRT. Basement parking will not be available to guests, however there is parking surrounding the apartment.
