"Harbour's Reach" is a bright & modern house ideally located on the River Mude, opposite Christchurch Harbour and barely 5 mins' walk from Avon Beach. Flexible accommodation comprises 2 King bedrooms (one can be split into full sized twins) and 1 bunk bedroom. Off-street parking for 2 vehicles. The property is one of a handful in Christchurch with direct access to the River Mude via a private Jetty at the end of the garden. It’s a lovely spot for a barbecue, glass of wine, or simply to watch the ducks and swans glide by. Guests have access to the entire property, including the private garden and jetty. We do not live in the area but are contactable by email and phone. If direct assistance is required, we have relatives who can drop by to help. In a cracking spot with easy access to key attractions on foot. The harbour is across the road and the award-winning Avon beach is less than 5 minutes’ walk down the road. As for hospitality, you have the “Jetty” at the Harbour Hotel right opposite for fine dining, the “Noisy Lobster” down on the beach for a range of great grub, and “Alexander’s” a short distance up the road for a traditional fish and chips. If you fancy staying in, guests have access to the private garden and jetty on the river for a barbecue, glass of wine or just to watch the swans glide by. Guests can park up at the property and walk to the harbour or beach. The New Forest is easily accessible by car. Please note that this property is situated in a quiet residential area. Please keep noise to a minimum. No dogs or smoking in the house please.
