South facing garden. No pets. Smoke free. Kitchen/dining room. Conservatory with sofas and Virgin cable TV. Wireless internet. Help yourself to tea/coffee. Both my partner and I lead very busy lives but we would endeavour to be as helpful as we can to guests and advise them on aspects of London. Very quiet as we are in a no-through road yet we are close to all amenities, shops and restaurants. Brilliant for transport. Buses at the end of the road (1 min) to Kingston and Tooting. 5 mins from train/tube station (15 mins to Waterloo). 10 min walk to Wimbledon Common. 10 mins from Wimbledon Village, 3 mins from supermarket. House was completely renovated 3 years ago. It is spacious and light and has a south facing garden. Wireless internet, cable TV with all channels, limitless tea and coffee all day.
