Close to the Duke Highway and the North-South Expressway. 3.There are shops, restaurants, laundries and a huge food-court with a variety of stalls; all within a 200 meter range. 4.Desa Parkcity, Mont Kiara, Publika, OneUtama and other famous Kuala Lumpur shopping malls where restaurants and bars are located are nearby. 5 FRIM Reserved rainforest is 8km away. *Located towards the bottom of a quite steep hill, the apartment block is about 150 metres high on the post and overlooks Kuala Lumpur city view and Petronas Twin Towers. *There is a small garden with some pretty trees in the middle of the apartment blocks. *On Mondays and Tuesday there is a local night market near residential areas. Tesco, Jusco, shopping malls are not far from here. *Adjacent to Desa parkcity there are bars, shopping malls, lakeside jogging trails and specialist hospitals. The One utama shopping mall is also easily accessible. *At a distance of about 8.5 km, in the suburbs of K.L., there is the FRIM, The Forest Research Institution of Malaysia, where original, unspoiled tropical rainforest and natural waterfalls have been preserved. - Ideal for walking, or just to enjoy the quiet, the trees, and the pure relaxation. Guests are able to use the entire apartment. There is a free parking for one car. *Mr. Chong, the co-host is familiar to the environment in Kuala Lumpur . He is especially familiar with the local Chinese history and historic building in KL. He also can be your guide in Kuala Lumpur. Any questions about travel , transportation and environment , you are welcome to enquire him. *I am the host and administrator of the apartment. I am currently living overseas, but I can always answer any inquiries or further questions you may have, concerning the environment and living conditions there. **For long stay guests, sometimes the co-host will visit the apartment just to make sure the apartment is in good condition. The co-host will contact the guests before the visiting. **The environment around the apartment is comfortable, extending in all directions so It's convenient to live there. There is a huge range of eating possibilities extremely nearby, with no exaggeration! **It is situated close to the city centre, enabling easy enjoyment of the city with its entertainment and prosperity: - And it's also close to nature. **The residential area around the apartment demonstrates the life of Kuala Lumpur people; their diverse lifestyles and the multiculturalism of Malaysia.
