Please feel free to reach out. 10 min walk to CBD Street has a number of cafes and eateries 5min drive to Norwood parade - hot spot of shopping and trendy cafes Unit location The unit is close to the North Tce end of College Rd, I have included photos of the building front so that hopefully you can find it easily! Parking The unit is on quite a busy street so chances are that if you are staying during the week, you will need the visitors parking permit. This is located on the fridge – please make sure to put the permit back when you check out as these are very hard to come by! Check in and check out There is a self-check in and check out with the key lock located on the wall opposite the door. The code to this will change monthly so make sure to record the code you are sent prior to arrival. If you are staying for more than a week, you will be contacted during your stay to check if/when you would like cleaners to come during your stay. The bedroom has 3 sets of spare sheets and a spare summer doona. There are also a selection of towels to chose from. There is an iron and ironing board located in the bedroom. Heating/Cooling The unit has an aircon which only works on the ‘cold air’ setting. 2 bar heaters have been provided to ensure you are toasty and warm in winter! Wifi The apartment has unlimited Wi-Fi and the login information is available on the fridge Restaurants/Bars The Kent Town (and Jungle Restaurant) is located 2 blocks away, a 3 min walk. In summer this has a great rooftop bar. The Maid and Magpie is a 5 min walk up towards Norwood. The Royal Hotel is a 5 min walk in the opposite direction. East Tce/Rundle St is a 10 min walk away which is full of great restaurants and bars. Norwood Parade is a 20 min walk in the other direction and is also great for shopping and has a lovely relaxed vibe. Its also easier to get parking here if you are driving. We have a highchair and travel cot available upon request - please mention this at time of booking.
