Casa Capel - Family Beach House

A spacious, light-filled family home located 500m from the heart of Pottsville. This lovely open-plan, four-bedroom home with multiple living and entertainment spaces is fully equipped with everything your family will need for a luxurious and relaxing holiday. A seamless combination of indoor/outdoor living provides an ideal entertainment haven for your family. The large master bedroom offers a luxurious king bed, walk through wardrobe, A/C and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed with A/C & built in robe. The third bedroom has a very comfotable, extendable king bed, A/C & wardrobe. The fourth bedroom has a single bed (ideal for children!) A/C, built in robe and black out blinds. Both a baby cot & bed rail are available upon request. Our lush feather & foam lounge offers an abundance of space to accomodate the entire family for cosy movies nights; Access to Netflix and Stan is available. Spend those sizzling days around our private, salt water pool while the kids play in the fully enclosed and secure backyard. Curl up with a fresh read from our ample selection of books, practice the ukulele, or spin some vinyl on our 1210 MK2 Technics turntables. Our kitchen is fully equipped and will appeal to any chef, featuring a 5 burner gas stove, barista machine, fridge/freezer with filtered water & ice dispenser and dishwasher. One airy dining room seats up to 8 people (high chair also available) and the alfresco dining seats 6-8 people with BBQ. Traveling with kids? We've got you covered. Casa Capel has a selection of toys & books, high chair & full size cot, child locks on the cupboards, a sandbox, cubby house, mud kitchen, and more. For your convenience we also provide bikes (+child seat), a skateboard, 7 ft soft top surf board, beach umbrella, pool toys, etc. We won't be available in person however are very happy to be contacted at any time with any concerns or queries. We want to ensure that you have a beautiful stay! You will be given a code to collect the key from a lock-box. Set in the pleasant Seabreeze estate, Casa Capel is just a 3 minute drive from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the charming town of Pottsville where you may indulge in a lovely selection of cafes, bars & restaurants. Enjoy a lazy day at the Mooball Creek river mouth, where the calm & clear water is ideal for children or grab your surf board and head to Pottsville beach before retreating to your own private sanctuary. You may also enjoy a bike ride through the scenic trails of Pottsville Environmental Park (a two minute ride away); Keep your eyes peeled for the koalas & wallabies!
