apartment in villa in Padenghe sul Garda

The apartment is on a ground floor a villa located in a panoramic country side in Padenghe sul Garda. Near to the Castle and far from the city centre only few minutes. It has just been renovated and it is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, TV SAT, WI FI, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, coffe machine espresso. The guest can relax themselves in the garden near to swimming pool and outdoor dining without any noises.. The House is equipped with towels and bed linen . The spacious flat is located at the ground floor of the house where I live with my family (4 people). We stay on the first floor. The flat has been just renovated, it has a separate entrance with direct access to the garden. There is a spacious dining room with kitchen, a double room with king size bed, a double room with twin beds ( on request can be trasformed in king size bed too); a sofa beds in the dining room that on request for small stay sleeps two people, one bathroom with shower and washing machine. All the rooms have windows with mosquito nets. In the whole flat there is presence of air conditioning. TV sat in dining room , TV LCD in king size bed room, free WI FI, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine. The apartment is equippped with everything...linebed, towels , detergents for laundry and for dishwashing. private parking outside the house the pool and the garden are shared with other guests of house The house is located in a very quiete area, sorrounded by greenery. Nearby there are many paths for walking or cycling. A car is recommended to move around. The house is located 1 km from the center and 2 km from the beach
