Small villa Maya totally equipped (about 28 sm.) has: - a small living/kitchen with cooking facilities, electric oven, table equipment, sofa bed, TV by satellite, gas stove and net on window. - a double bed room with ceiling fan and mosquito net on window - A full bathrooms with shower, hairdryer and mosquito net on window - An open terrace in a Mediterranean garden facing the sea, surrounded by mountains, equipped with hammock, sunshade, deck-chairs, barbecue. - Outdoor shower with hot water. Small private villa with private garden. At the check-in is required a refoundable security deposit for €200 cash for 7 nights, or €300 cash for 14 nights or more. The deposit will be returned cash at check-out (except for any damage), minus the costs of consumption of electricity, water and final cleaning (€ 70). THE PRICE INCLUDES: - Wi Fi 24h 10mbps. It is possible to have 30 mbps, the transition from 10mbps to 30mbps costs € 40 to pay cash on arrival. There is a counter inside the apartment. - The cost of water is €5,50 per cubic meter. There is a counter in the garden. - Final cleaning €70 ON REQUEST: - 1 Beach towel €5 - 1 Baby cot with linen €30 - Housekeeper TO REMEMBER: - Check-in from 2pm to 7pm - Check-out from 7am to 9.30am Please, on the day of departure leave the villa not later than 09.30 am to allow the disinfection and cleaning of the apartment to be ready for the new guests. - Key pick up with owner - Suitable for children. - Car necessary, no public bus from the house to San Vito Lo Capo center. - Events or parties not allowed. - Suitable for small pets prior arrangement with owner. Dogs are welcome but PLEASE do not climb on beds and sofas and keep clean the garden. - No external guests admitted. - The final cleaning charge does not include the cleaning of barbecue and kitchen that has to be left clean and pots and dishes put inside the cupboards. - Rubbish and empty bottles and cans must not be left inside the house. In the bathroom: please do not throw any type of paper in the toilet, use the appropriate basket.
