The house is very cosy. On the ground floor is a big kitchen with a huge island and direct access to the garden and to the living room. In the living room there is a dining table for 10 people, a nice fire place to warm up in the cold days and 2 comfortable sofas and direct access to a big winter garden and view on the pool. There is also a double room and a full bathroom. In the first floor there are 4 big bedroom and two full bathrooms. In the seller there is a wellness are and a laundry room. The House is strategically located in Bludenz. Close to the house are Valblu Wellness and Pool facilities (5min Walk) Tennis Club (2 min walk) Grocery store (2 min walk) also open on sundays Backery (2 min walk) in the same street. The lovely old medival town of Bludenz has a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. From the house it's easy by car, or with publuc Transport with the bus stop 1 min from the house, going to the Train Station which is a 3 min drive or 20 min walk from the house. Taxi Transfer is easy to organize. Different Airports are within reach: the main ariports are Zurich (1,5h), Munich (2h), Innsbruck (1,5h), even Closer the smaller Airports Friedrichshafen, Althenrein or Memmingen.
