Six The Cottage - Luxury Cottage in Churchtown

Unique Grade II listed cottage situated in the quaint village of Churchtown. Please note that we have a strict NO parties/gatherings policy at the cottage. The cottage is refurbished to a high standard. The internal accommodation comprises of sitting room, diner kitchen and drawing room/conservatory. There is a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The double bedroom is situated in the eaves above the sitting room. Externally boasts an enclosed rear garden and driveway for two cars. The Cottage has wifi, 3 smart TV's and an Amazon Echo. It is fully centrally heated with two electric stove fires. There is a Nespresso Coffee Machine with Coffee pods with a complimentary tea and coffee. We live and work within 5 minutes of the cottage and can be contacted at any time by email or by mobile phone. Churchtown is the oldest part of Southport with beautiful thatched cottages. The cottage is conveniently situated outside of Meols Hall and is a 5 minute walk into the heart of the village that boasts a Gin Bar, Fine Dining Restaurants and country pubs with open log fires for those colder evenings. The cottage is conveniently situated within a two minute walk to the bus stop that with a short ride, will take you to Southport's town centre where you can visit an abundance of shops situated down the famous street of Lord Street. Lord Street is the famous Boulevard that inspired Champs Elysees in Paris after Napoleon lived in Southport in 1838! Strictly no parties/gatherings allowed. Failure to adhere to this will result in police intervention. Please also note you must be over the age of 20 to book the cottage. We do not permit the charging of electric vehicles from any power supply within the cottage. There are charging stations located within the town.
