Simplicity, earthing, relaxation. We offer you a town apartment, just below the Castle, in the heart of the old town of Myrina. The apartment is part of a 1950s stone house in the historical center of the town and has been renovated in the summer of 2019! The market route with cafes, folk art shops and the Romeikos Gialos sandy beach, are two walking minutes away. The old harbor and the seafront promenade are five walking minutes away. Prime location to enjoy the old town vibes! The house is on the ground floor, with sea orientation. It consists of a spacious and well equipped traditional built in kitchen with all appliances, a cosy dinning area, a separate bedroom area decorated in the island colors and a bathroom en-suite with built-in equipment. The house is very well ventilated and is cool even during the day thanks to many openings on its facade as well as the sea breeze. We love having a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night, on the stairs just outside the house entrance listening the island sounds :) Being in the historical center, parking is an issue but try your luck at the communal parking just a minute away from the house, next to the castle route. The house is all yours! There is a private entrance and all facilities mentioned in the listing can only be used by you. We will be at your disposal at any moment you may need us! Just shout! The house is located in the heart of the historical center of Myrina. Please respect the house rules and our neighbors! Communal parking is available at the the old harbor area, five walking minutes away and if you are lucky some spots may also be available at the start of the Castle path just above the house. As in almost all Greek islands, tap water is not drinkable. You can well use it for personal hygiene or cooking but for drinking we suggest bottled water an we provide you with a couple for the beginning of your stay. The house is a traditional greek house built in the 1950s with relatively low ceilings as in most town houses of that age. Please note that the bathroom ceiling is around 185cm height.
