Corfu, Sinarades Villa
The house is an old traditional Corfu house build in 1893. It was recently refurbished and is the last village house situated at the top of the hill with spectacular views of all Corfu. The area is ideal for active people as there are endless opportunities for hiking and cycling. Cycling fanatics will find that Corfu is probably the best island in Greece for both road and mountain biking. The house is situated next to a majestic Olive Grove. The house is an old 2 floor cottage that was renovated in 2017. It is the last house at the top of Sinarades hill having spectacular vistas of the whole of corfu. It has 2 large balconies at the front of each floor and a small one at the main entrance. Both large balconies are shaded. The top floor balcony is an absolute pleasure to drink your coffee/tea during the early morning or enjoy a drink at sunset/night enjoying the views and the silence. The floors are linked by an internal staircase. It also has 2 separate exterior entrances on each floor. The patio has a roof for shading, a refrigerator and a sink. There are 2 sunbeds and several chairs that can be used around the pool area. The full house (all rooms), balkonies, exterior areas, swimming pool and patio are available to the guests. I leave in Norway but have dedicated persons taking care of cleaning and maintanance. Ofcourse guests can reach me at any time for any help they might need even by calling me! Also there are endless road and mountain cycling routes as location offers among Greece's best cycling routes. The house is detached and is very close to neighboring houses but potential partygoers should exercise common sense. There is a bus stop at the village around 300m from the house. There is a parking space for 2 cars at the house garden next to the pool and also an external parking space. Please note that maneuvering is tight! Getting around is best done by renting a car! Please note that the internal staircase is narrow with wooden steps that might be slippery. Thus toddlers and young children should be supervised at all times.
