Outside, a large covered terrace and a large garden of 20ares. On the first floor, two bedrooms, a separate bathroom and a cosy tv corner with a 2-person sofa bed. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed and in the 2nd bedroom there are 2 separate single beds. There is also a separate bathroom with toilet. For families and groups of more than 4 people or for people who are less mobile, there is on request a possibility (with an extra charge of 25 € / pers above 4 pers.) to convert the sofa downstairs in the living room into a bed (L 200 x B 130cm). A baby / children's bed is also provided for the little ones. You will have the entire house to yourselves with a separate entry way and total privacy. Jardin du Peintre is an artistic housing located in the middle of nature. You can discover riverbanks of the Meuse while going for a walk and while relaxing between the meadows, orchards and gravel lakes. Leut is a submunicipality of Maasmechelen, where you can go for shopping in the many boutiques of Maasmechelen Village and enjoy a delicious lunch. The neighborhood also lends itself well to challenging bike rides inside and all around Leut and also in the Netherlands. At only 1,5 km you can take a free ferry to cross over the Meuse by bike. You can park your car for free near the house. Would you be interested by workshops that make you discover painting on porcelain, you can contact the hostess.
