This Villa is very well located in Can Bessó neighborhood, only 5 minutes drive to Jesus town, close to several beaches like Talamanca, cala llonga. The layout of this house is: on the ground floor, - First double bedroom en suite, with private bathroom inside. - Second double bedroom. - Living and dining area. - Full equipped kitchen and laundry room. going up by the stairs there are: - Third bedroom double. - Another living room where we can improve until 2 extra single beds. - Fourth bedroom double. - outdoor terrace facing to the fields. What about outdoor? Outdoor we have a Balinese Bed next to the main entrance. - Large dining table. - Barbecue (Charcoal type). - Swimming pool. - You as my guest will have full access to the whole house. - Full fridge service for 100€ . IMPORTANT NOTE: - Dear guest, please note you should pay upon arrival in cash the compulsory local, (eco fee), based in 2,20€ per person each night, however, your local host will let you know how much will be the amount to be paid. - Parties are absolutely forbidden, also they're cause of automatic cancellation. It´s absolutely forbidden to leave garbage bags inside this property, this behaviour will be fined with 50 € paid at your check out. - If you have a different schedule to arrive or leave as well, take a note we have extra fares for that: * Late check in after 21:00 is for 120€, after 00:00 is for 200€). * Late check out, it will depend on availability, after 17: 00 it will be an extra day, other times please ask to the local host for it. * Early check before 12:00 it will be an extra day, other times please ask to your host.
