You are invited to the Paszkowka Palace, where you and your guests will feel like royalty lodging at this historic property in the peaceful countryside just 25 km outside of Krakow, Poland. This is the perfect property to host a wedding, family reunion, company event, or any other type of large gathering. Long after it's original owners vacated, this property was remodeled to include 13 beautifully decorated hotel chamber rooms, 3 exquisite event halls, a restaurant with industrial kitchen, and a bar/cocktail lounge area. Each hotel chamber room is spacious and traditionally styled in neo-gothic decor. These exceptionally comfortable rooms feature beautiful oak furniture, king and queen sized beds, and a range of amenities including Jacuzzi bath tubs, TV, high speed internet, and a small work area. In our "Guest House" building across the street, visitors will find additional hotel rooms, an outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally), sauna, and small work out facility. The Guest House includes 4 single person rooms and 22 double occupancy rooms with the ability to accommodate an additional 48 guests. These additional rooms can be hired upon request. If you require the expertise of a professional chef and restaurant staff during your event, we are more than willing to provide these services for you at an additional cost. We will work with you to create a custom menu or can offer some of our classic menu items which include dishes with pork, turkey, lamb, goose and local fish such as sturgeon, trout, catfish and purified carp. KRAKOW - THE ROYAL CITY Kraków is the old royal capital of Poland and the jewel of this region. This historical city features medieval architecture and an incomparable atmosphere. Worth visiting is the royal square, the jewish quarter “Kazimierz” and of course the royal castle “Wawel” A very unique museum underneath Rynek Glowny (Main Market Square) has opened in Krakow. The museum is built on the site of an archaeological excavation that unveiled secrets of Krakow's evolution since its founding in the early Middle Ages – it’s a futuristic show of history as far back as the 12th century, a must see! WIELICZKA This large salt mine is a must see attraction as it is full of legend and one of the largest in Europe. Visitors are able to take a scheduled tour through the elaborate underground pathways and visit large halls which feature beautiful chandeliers and 14 foot tall statues which are all made of rock salt. WADOWICE A must see on the pilgrimage trail. Wadowice is the birth place of John Paul II. While there for many Kalwaria Zebrzydowska is a place for reverie and reflection as it features the Passion-Marian Sanctuary. AUSCHWITZ - BIRKENAU For those visiting the Auschwitz-Birkenau museum it is an experience they will never forget. It’s a place of deep sadness and a significant place in Poland’s history. XVII CENTURY WOODEN CHURCH IN MARCYPOREBA Built in the 17th century, the church is located on the Małopolska Trail of Wooden Architecture. In the main altar, there is a picture of the Holy Mother being lifted by Angels. The biggest relic is a Gothic crucifix from the 15th century. Situated only 6 km away from the Palace, it is certainly one of the most favourite places to visit for our guests. XVI CENTURY CHURCH IN SOSNOWICE This small church was built in the 16th century. It is situated on the Małopolska Trail of Wooden Architecture. The church attracts the attention of visitors with its small size and the splendour of its interiors. TATRA MOUNTAINS - ZAKOPANE The Polish mountains, specifically Beskidy & Tatra mountains are Poland’s most popular mountains. These areas features beautiful mountain trails that are well kept and have many mountain lodges for tourists and backpackers. This area also features the highlander town of Zakopane. The Ojcow National Park features several kilometers of hiking trails. Attractions in this area include caves and Kazimierz The Great’s castle ruins. The Dinosaur Park in the Zator area. The famous Miniatures Park, the mini ZOO and Dinoland the Kids Amusement Park in Inwałd. The largest indoor aquapark in Poland - Water Park in Kraków. Best to be reached by the car.
