'Waipara Wine Down'

Welcome! We are Paul and Paula and have lived in Waipara over 30 years, you will be nestled down the back of our home on 1/2 acre property. A newly refurbished 2 bedroom cottage, quiet, roomy living area, outdoor patio, you can sit and enjoy the sun, or under the tree for shade. Surrounded by wineries, for brunch, lunch or coffee and taste some wonderful wines. Bring bike or hire one and go on the track that meanders through the wineries and local area. $120 for 2, extras $25 each p/n Drive down, park on driveway at door, not grass. A BBQ is available for your use (please leave clean) No parties. No smoking or vaping inside or on patio, chairs and sand bucket provided under tree. Check in 2pm Check out 10am Lock box for keys. You will have the whole cottage to yourself, your own space. A table and seats outside under the cherry tree. We do live on the same property, and will be there if you need us, otherwise we will leave you to enjoy! There is a lock box for the key. We will give you phone number when you book. Surrounded by wineries and spoilt for choice of where to have brunch or lunch. The Weka Pass Railway great experience, pre booking is advised. Walking distance. Ironridge Sculpture Park is local only 10 minute scenic drive away, the artist on site. Kaikoura is1 1/2hrs drive north, and Hanmer Springs, experience the awesome hot pools, less than an hours drive, a must go to place. 45 minutes from Christchurch Airport. Some wineries walking distance others only a few minutes drive. Bring a bike or you can hire from Torlesse winery, the Weka Pass Railway is walking distance and so are some wineries.
