This beautiful house of 350 m², located 30 meters from the beach, can accommodate up to 12 people for a memorable stay. Completely renovated and equipped, there is everything you need to spend good times with friends or family. With its 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and its large private garden you will enjoy optimum comfort to enjoy the beauty of the Guérande Peninsula. In summer, lie down in the large garden, on the beautiful wooden terrace or in the deckchairs. In winter, warm up by the fireplace and watch a good movie. Neighbourhood: The large family beach of Mesquer is a stretch of fine sand allowing you to fully enjoy seaside activities. On site, the surveillance post, open in July and August from 12 noon to 7 p. m. , ensures everyone's safety. A tiralo is available at the SNSM station to allow people with reduced mobility to swim. The channel is the starting point for many water activities. The beach, accessible via 6 entrances, has a toilet and shower block. In summer, the beach club "Les Mouettes" is a great place for children. In season, sandcastle competitions are organised (enquire at the Tourist Office). You can join the pedestrian itinerary "La Pointe de Merquel" (12km circuit to be discovered in the topoguide "Les Belles Echappées" - on sale at the Tourist Office) Numerous activities on site (Sailing, Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Water Sports, Catamaran, Fishing, Tennis, Several Golfs, Horseback riding, Tree climbing, Hiking . . . ) and a children's club on the beach with swimming pool and swimming lessons.
