Villetta La Pineta 1 is a lovely holiday, simple and essential, to spend a holiday by the sea of Porto Cesareo. The rental holiday home is located 350 meters from the sea and from the beach of Strea, south from Porto Cesareo. ìt is completely fenced and in a quiet area. It can accommodate up to 5 people. There`s also an external shower and an external parking space. The holiday home is simple and essential and consists of an entrance/living room with a table and chairs plus a single bed. From here you enter the well-equipped kitchen and the hallway that leads t to the sleeping area which is divided into 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom plus a bathroom with shower.  The surroundings of Villetta La Pineta 1 Villetta La Pineta 1 is located in the area of La Strea,a penisola with bay on the beach with a high natural and scenic value, just 350 meters from the holiday home. the center of Porto Cesareo is located just 2,5 kilometers away while Sant`Isidoro, the seaside of Nardo is just 3 kilometers far. There are also pizzerias and friggitorias near by.  - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 43 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Air conditioner in the living room. - Shared garden. - Just small size pets are allowed.
