Located in residential hillside few km away from Salerno, ideal for relaxing weekends or as a base to discover Salerno, Naples, Pompeii and Vesuvius, Amalfi and Cilento Coasts, Paestum. The apartment is on two levels: on the ground floor there are a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower; on the first floor there is a large bedroom with double bed and sofa bed. Cot is available for babies. The main entrance is on the first floor (from the shared room with chess floor). The secondary entrance overlooks the private terrace and allows to get directly to the gym and the pool. Breakfast is available on request with surcharge. Shuttle service is available on request to Salerno train station, Salerno harbor and Naples airport. The house is located in Cologna, municipality of Pellezzano, in quiet residential hillside. Far away from city chaos, but a few kilometers from all the main attractions in Campania: Salerno, the Amalfi Coast, Cilento National Park, Pompeii and Vesuvius, Naples, the Royal Palace of Caserta, the temples of Paestum, Capri and Sorrento. Guests have free access to the villa swimming pool, the terrace areas, the gym, the table tennis and the children's playground. All our family lives in that property but in different building. House is for the exclusive use of the guests, external areas and swimming pool are shared with guests in the apartment at the ground floor, if booked, and with our family. We are very helpful with our guests and we do our best to make their stay as pleasant as possible. At the same time, we are very discrete and respect our guests' privacy. We speak English, Spanish and some French. The house is located in Pellezzano, in Via Martin Luther King, 10. It is a residential area on the north of Salerno, on the slopes of Mount Stella. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe but there are no attractions and facilities within walking distance. Also, streets are VERY STEEP thus car or motorbike are highly recommended! Salerno city center is 5km away, highway is 3 km away. Mall with shops, fast food places and supermarket is 2 km away. Ferries depart in the morning from Salerno harbor toward Amalfi and Positano. Capri also can be got from Salerno harbor. Kitchen has everything you need, such as pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, flatware, utensils and even some spices and condiments (salt/sugar/coffee)... Charcoal grill and gas grill are available outside. Soaps, detergents, napkins, table cloths, toilet paper, vacuum cleaner and broom are provided. Free Wireless Internet. The air conditioners are set to work from 7.30Am to 9.00 Am, from 2pm to 4pm and from 8pm to 5am. Extra working hours are on request and are paid separately. Some small dogs and cats live in the courtyard. They all are friendly.
