Villino Forno

Forno is located in the Gulf of Biodola, one of the most spectacular of the northern part of Elba. This small charming village is a a truly romantic, unforgettable and suggestive place, where the homes arrive just a few metres from the sea. Its little sandy beach (has a length of about 150 metres) is very appreciated for its position, shielded by the green cliff behind it, for its quietness and for the blue of the sea. Villino Forno is at only 100 mt from the beach, our guests have direct access to the sea trough a short path with stairs: from the its terrace there is a wonderful and exclusive view of the Gulf and beaches of Biodola, Scaglieri and Forno and in summer it offers spectacular sunsets. The house has been very well-finished by the owners, that have made the location very comfortable and cosy: the ideal place for a relaxing stay. Villino Forno is a nice apartment for 4/5 persons, of recent construction, equipped with every comfort. It has a large sea-view living room with TV and a single sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen; a bedroom with a double bed; a bedroom with two single beds; a bathroom with shower. The furniture is modern and comfortable. Outside, you can enjoy of a wonderful panoramic terrace with view on the bay of Forno, Scaglieri and Biodola, with a private stair to the beach. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and an outdoor shower with hot water. Furthermore, an utility room with washing machine. Private parking for two cars. Arrivals: Saturday 16:00 - 19:30. Departures: Saturday h. 9:00. Utilities: electricity, water and gas included. Final cleaning: € 180,00 to pay at arrival. Linen: you can bring your own bed linen or reserve them for € 20/person/week (to be paid at the agency, before the keys are handed over). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 200 (to be paid at the agency before the keys are handed over). Check-in fee: in case of arrival after 8 pm, extra of € 20,00 (to pay at arrival).
