Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a plush queen sized bed; two sitting rooms; a fully appointed kitchen; elegant dining area and a large back deck, with bbq, that catches the morning sun, provide ample space for you to relax. The cottage is an elegantly renovated c.1880's semi-detached brick cottage in which modern convenience combines seamlessly with heritage detailing to provide you the perfect home for a luxury weekend away. Wifi & Netflix are included. Access to the property is via a key lockbox located at the property. Guests will be provided with access details prior to their scheduled arrival. There is plenty of on street parking directly in front of the property. Guests should be aware that there is a 2 hour parking limit Monday to Friday between 6am and 6pm, a Visitors Parking permit is available for guests who may be impacted by these restrictions. Key/access details will be provided the day prior to your arrival. Your hosts, Sammy & Adam, are available should you have any queries about your accommodation or the local area. The cottage is in the heart of Goulburn's heritage precinct which includes two stunning cathedrals, a number of churches and many grand homes dating from the late 1800s and early 1900s situated on wide, tree lined streets. There are a number of cafes, restaurants, pubs and clubs within walking distance. Victoria Park which hosts the local aquatic centre, an adventure playground, cricket fields, a cycling track and dog park is less than 200m from your front door. For those who enjoy a leisurely walk, the Wollondilly and Mulwaree Walking Tracks provide 14 kilometres of relatively level riverside pathway. Alternatively, a 45 minute scenic country drive will lead you to Bungonia National Park which provides hiking options for the more adventurous.
