Located on the east side of the courtyard, it faces south across the lawns and pool. The entrance leads into a bright kitchen with a tiled floor and a hand painted dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, a stainless steel electric cooker with a gas stovetop, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and a cafetière. At the far end of the kitchen is a shower room with a ceramic vanity unit, a mirror, and a WC. Upstairs, above the kitchen, the salon is furnished with two very comfortable sofas, a TV and a DVD player. At the rear of the room is a second WC with a basin. A bright passageway with a washing machine leads to the two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, while the other has three singles.
