Hope to meet you soon This Cabin is relaxing & comfortable. It’s small but perfectly makes good use of all the available space. It’s located on my back garden. It has its own private side entrance, no need to come through our house. There is plenty of room for off street parking on my drive way Broadband internet included Netflix included - Airbnb guest open login. Smart TV - can be connected to laptop for display or cast from your phone. It has a fully functional Kitchen. Just to let guests know, who have a rented car, if you need to refill your car - There is a petrol station opposite our estate - Very convenient Guest can mix with the host and roam around the back garden No smoking in the Cabin Smokers can use the back garden with ashtray provided I have been living locally on the north side of Dublin for over 30+ years and working in the city center. Just ask if you have any queries on where to eat or any local attractions :-) We do our best to help you. Swords town is lively at the weekends. Plenty of great night life within walking distance. Loads of really nice restaurants and supermarkets near by also. 5mins walk Ward River Valley Park - Covers an area of 89 ha. (220 acres) between Swords town centre and Knocksedan Bridge. There are viewing points, picnic sites and sports pitches, Swords Town Park which includes a playground and tennis courts and Swords Castle form part of this park. 3min walk to entrance of the park Basically we have everything on your door step and within walking distance In 2012, Swords was named the third best town in Ireland to live in, according to a survey conducted by Retail Excellence Ireland, which interviewed 16,000 residents and business owners in 100 locations around the country. Swords is also known for its vibrant young demographic, reflected in young soccer activity in particular, and at weekends it has a buzzing night life. Malahide and the seaside are just across the way and the vicinity has all sorts of places to bring the kiddies of a Sunday, like Newbridge House, Demesne and Farm, and Ardgillan Castle and environs. Main Street has recently been boosted by British pub chain JD Wetherspoon taking over the Old Borough Pub, and the opening of the Betsy superpub at the castle end. Swords Castle is now open to the public and well worth a visit. Built as a summer palace for the first Anglo-Norman archbishop of Dublin, John Comyn, around 1200, its perimeter wall of 305 metres is unusually large. The castle grounds and pretty, adjoining park on Bridge Street recently hosted the annual Swords festival and the grounds offer a natural amphitheatre which will make a splendid venue for gigs and festivals. The Archbishop’s Chapel and the Constable’s Tower have been restored to what they think it is believed they looked like, even if the gargoyles in the carved wooden gallery look suspiciously contemporary! ‘Swords Castle – Digging History,’ a public archaeological dig, started last Saturday, August 22, 2014. The recent surprising discovery of 17 bodies beneath the gatehouse reveals that despite being around for over 800 years the castle it has yet to give up all its secrets”. The Pavilions has everything from SuperValue and Dunnes to TK Maxx, Zara and 11-screen cinema.
