Cosy room nearby Munich fair grounds

The room is quiet and located in a fairly new house nearby the Munich fair grounds (Messe Muenchen). Tramway station is in 300 meters ( St.-Veit-Str.), metro station in 800 meters distance (Kreiller Str.). From there 5 minutes drive to Messestadt West (fair ground) and 10 minutes to the City. The bed is a single bed with another loft bed on top. On request another double room with a queen size bed (160 x 200 centimeters) might be available. Please ask via e-mail. We have decorated the room nicely for our select AirBnB guests. There is a Saune in the basement which can be used by appointment for a fee. On request we serve breakfast at an extra surcharge. Annegret will be ready to organize guided tous into the Alps or Munich area.
