This studio apartment is brand new! Located just outside the noise of the center ,by the national st. "Skenderbeu" in the neighborhood called Metoq. One of the 5 studio apartments on the first floor of "Little Comfy Rooms" and share a wonderful view of the mountain range that surround our small town, the fields and picturesque villages. Inside the room you will find a double bed, nightstands, a closet, TV, air conditioner, a table & chairs and a refrigerator also a kitchen and a bathroom. the furniture is custom made by us to fit the space and to be most comfortable. the bed is a standard 190 cm x 160 cm with a bed frame that keeps your back comfortable when you sit up. two nightstands and nightlights with adjustable heads. a kitchenette with everything you need for a nice meal: a stovetop with 2 spaces, a cooking hood, a sink , a dish drying rack, a refrigorator. the table can be used as dining space and working space. the table is 90 cm X60 cm wood and glass surface. The property is surrounded by our own little farm, which you can visit and enjoy any of our organically grown fruits and vegetables (seasonal of course ). In the premises we have olive trees, palm trees, peaches, lemon, oranges, apricots, cherries, apples and the traditional grape vines . the guests are able to access the free parking ( in front of the apartment), and the communal kitchen ( outside their apartment, second floor) where the esspresso machine is located. we live and work here (in this building) and we'll be able to help and assist you in anyway necessary. Our neighbourhood is small and free of the traffic downtown Saranda has. it's close to many turistic areas such as : Blue Eye Spring , Archeological Ruins of Phoenice ( Phoenike), The Monastery of 40 Saints ( from which Saranda gets it's name), the Castle of Lekuresi ( a must visit ), Onhezmi synagogue ruins (in downtons Saranda) and the UNESCO protected National Park of Butrinti (there are too many to list here because every village has their own castle ruins, ancient churches and unique traditions. ) Our house's drinking water comes from the Bistrica river which can be visited. Here you can find the shortcut to Ksamil which makes the touristic town, and its marvelous beaches only minutes away In front of the house we have a bus station where you can catch a ride to downtown Saranda or the beach. There are minibuses passing every 10 minutes and the ticket costs 50 ALL ( 50cents or less ) The place is 2 km away from the center of Saranda so in order to have the best time and avoid the heat while walking, you have to be traveling by personal car, if you don't have one please consider renting a car or a scooter ( very common here) Traveling by minibus is fine but they stop at 8pm. After that taxis are the best option there is car part shop in the premises we have two cats and they like to roam inside so if you don't like them feel free to get them out. there are upstairs neighbors The place is 2 km away from downtown Saranda so in order to have the best time and avoid the heat while walking you have to be traveling by personal car, if you don't have one please consider renting a car or a motorcycle. Traveling by bus is fine but they stop at 8pm.
