3 Beach Club is the closest accommodation to the Hout Bay beach, with direct beach access (no road between the house and the beach). It is a rare find in Cape Town to stay literally on the beach in a self-catering house. The house is in a security estate only 15 minutes from the inner city. With the beach on the south and a river mouth on the east, the house is walking distance from attractions like Hout Bay Harbour and Chapman's Peak Drive as well as shops and restaurants. It is also right on the Argus Cycle Tour route. The space Hout Bay, where the house is located, is the ideal base to explore greater Cape Town. It lies 15 minutes from the inner city, 10 minutes from Camps Bay and 15 minutes from the historic Constantia winelands - the oldest in the country. Then, take a drive along Chapmans Peak and you are on your way to the Cape Point Nature Reserve. The house access is on the ground (garden) level or in the basement from a double lock-up garage. Level 1: Open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge, two bedrooms en-suite with ceiling fans, laundry, sauna, indoor swimming pool. Outside patio. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, rice maker, blender, ice maker and microwave. There is a bean-to-cup coffee machine with 250g beans provided. The garden patio has a gas and wood barbeque (braai). Level 2: Lounge leading onto the ocean-facing balcony, guest bathroom, kitchenette, main bedroom en-suite (shower). The main room has a north-facing balcony and air conditioner. There is a flat screen smart Television (Full DSTV/Satellite Television) in the lounge. The kitchen offers an aga stove, oven, integrated coffee machine, fridge with ice maker and filtered water.
