Welcome to where your great Perth getaway starts! Our wonderful, cool ground floor apartment offers central and convenient location in Victoria Park where you are close to everything Perth has to offer - best of which is a quick stroll across the road, the Swan River! Enjoy a sunset walk, perhaps a BBQ dinner on one of the many free barbeques on the foreshore or even a game of basketball! There are also parks and seating galore. This lovely neat as a pin apartment is fully equipped and offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & laundry, with spacious open plan living and dining area off the large kitchen, 1 car bay. Both bedrooms sleep 2 people with a standard Queen bed with all linen supplied for your stay. We can arrange a porta cot with advanced notice. The kitchen offers all you might need on a short stay, dinnerware, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, bowls and a few staples – best of all it comes with a Nespresso Coffee pod Machine with some pods to keep you going on your stay! It is a full-sized kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, stove and microwave. The apartment has its own, recently renovated bathroom with shower & bath (towels provided) and the laundry has a washing machine for use during your stay, complimentary washing supplies provided & a clothes airer and washing line for drying. The living room offers a large comfortable leather couch with a smart TV with (Hidden by Airbnb) TV so you can watch your favourite YouTube, Netflix for Freeview shows on your down time, super-fast, FREE WiFi to all guests. There is also a large collection of Books and DVDs available during your stay. The unit has a reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans that will ensure a comfortable stay year-round. The private and enclosed courtyard is ready to relax in and is equipped with outdoor table and BBQ for you to enjoy. Other things to note This is NOT a property suitable for parties, large groups or animals. We have neighbours on all sides that like the noise kept to a reasonable level, disrespect of this rule will result in termination of your stay and immediate eviction. The walkways to access the unit are not likely well suited to wheelchair access (narrow with small lips/step) and being a unit the doorways inside are at times narrow also. This location boats many hidden gems. Feel free to browse the book we've left in the apartment to find some or go exploring and find them yourself! The apartment has one private car bay allocated next to the apartment. Or, catch the bus straight from the doorstep and in a flash you’re in the heart of the CBD, from there you visit practically anywhere by train, most iconic of which is historic Fremantle. You’ll be impressed by just how easy it is to get to everywhere from our apartment. Within a 5-minute drive or Uber are Perth’s Zoo, the luxury Crown Casino and Optus Sports Stadium as well as Albany Highways vibrant café and restaurant strip, not to mention Heirisson Island is a nice Rivers edge stroll away if you are keen to see some kangaroos!
