Newly renovated bathroom with spacious shower and laundry machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, kitchen with oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster pots, pan, etc. BBQ on the balcony. Indoor fireplace. Hot water, TV, air-condition, wi-fi. You will find in the kitchen tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar. Changing linens and towels every seven days. There is the possibility of extra cleaning with extra charge 25€. The apartment is located in a quiet settlement. Less than 5' away from the beach, where you will find plenty of beach bars, which provides umbrellas and sunbeds. Also quite close you can find supermarket, pharmacy and health center. Distances inside Flogita are very short, so transporting by the foot is easy. But also we provide bikes to rent. Transporting from and to Flogita can be done by bus (KTEL Chalkidikis) or by taxi. Also, we provide transportation from and to the airport for 60€. Being provided extra towels for the beach, during your stay, with an extra charge 5€/ towel, upon request. Regarding COVID-19 Greece is one of the safest holiday destinations this year. But that’s not enough for us; we take cleaning and disinfection of our space very seriously. We make sure to leave the space 1 whole day empty, between the departure of the previous visitor and the arrival of the next one, during which the space is disinfected and ventilated. Sheets and towels are all washed and ironed by professionals at the maximum temperature. All surfaces, from the table and the nightstand, to the switches, knobs and remote control are disinfected at every change with special cleaners. You have rewarded us with an excellent cleaning score, because disinfecting surfaces and bedding has long been part of our cleaning routine.
