Sunset Retreat, Gwithian - beautiful shepherds hut

Sunset Retreat has been hand crafted recently keeping all the traditional features of a shepherds hut but with all the home comforts we all like. It is within walking distance of Gwithian beach which is a 3 mile stretch of sand towards St Ives that is perfect for surfing, kite surfing, paddling and rock pooling. Also in walking distance is Gwithian nature reserve, the South West Coastal Path as well as The Red River Inn, The Rockpool and Godrevy Cafe which are all dog friendly There is an open planned kitchen and sitting area. The kitchen has a full sized double oven and fridge, along with a microwave, toaster, kettle along with all the usual utensils. The sitting area has 2 armchairs and 2 large bean bags to relax and watch the television. There is also a fold away table to see 4 people. The bathroom has an enclosed shower, sink and WC. There is a king sized bed to one end of the hut that can be accessed both sides of the bed and 2 single beds above which can be reached by a ladder. There is storage beneath the beds and at a small wardrobe and shelves at the end of the bed. Outside the garden is enclosed with a picnic bench to enjoy the perfect sunsets we often have. I live up the road if you ever need anything Gwithian is a beautiful village with its own nature reserve and sandy beach. There is a bus stop a minutes walk from the hut Sunset Retreat is a shepherds hut at the back of Parc Place, 6 Prosper Hill. As it is not a separate address supermarket deliveries and post struggle to find it. Parc Place can sleep 6 guests and can be booked as the same time as the shepherds hut to give more space.
