Home Sweet Home is a very large family home Shared with myself and partner Paul. This home is located at the end of a very quiet cul der sac. Very private and very quiet. Lovely gardens. We are walking distance to the University, Hamilton East, and the Rose Gardens. The 3 rooms are very spacious. At the end of the street there is a block of shops including Dairy, Hairdresser, Bottle Store, Fish and Chip Takeaways, Popular Café. Also a cycle track, park, and playground. We are fully vaxed. There are Three bedrooms a Queen, Double, and Single, easily sleeps 5. There is a pull out sofa bed in the sitting room, and on special request by negotiation a 4th queen bedroom with ensuite. Potentially easily sleeping 9 in beds. The bed rooms are large. The open Kitchen is huge. There is a sitting room and a living room. Off street parking is available, two covered and up to three more on the driveway. I will be around to help if you need anything, but I will leave you to be independent and have your own space. You will get a key to come and go. I work 6 days a week. Mostly owner occupied, with a very strong neighborhood watch. Quiet cul der sac. Parking is usually good Busses are good too, there is a covered bus stop at the end of the street (200meters). We now have the Te Huia train $12.20 from Frankton to Papakura My new favourite...Uber, always fast, efficient, and affordable. Hamilton Airport is 10.5 ks away and estimated 11 minutes away The property is fenced.
