Rent your vacation apartment on the Riviera dei Fiori Coast, 7 km from Sanremo and 15 from Imperia. A beatiful place located right on the sea front at 10 metres from the private beach. Cycle path on the back with diirect access. A 56 m2 area divided into 2 main zones as follows: Zone-1 includes entrance and dining room with cooking zone and 2 places combo couch/bedroom. Zone-2 composed by main bedoroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds (castle), A central corridor is able to keep separate the two zones (if needed) and includes large bathroom with shower and utility room / closet. Modern style, all electric equipment (no gas) including cooktop, wi-fi ready, iPhone/iPod plug-in player, dvd, hifi system, lcd tv with digital signal, adjustable lighthing system with timer, air conditioning in all rooms (separate systems with remote control), electric shutters. Quiet zone, private beach on the front, typical restaurant/pizzeria 20 metres beaside. Direct access on the new cycle path with the possibility to rent bicycles on place. Shops and services available in Riva Ligure centre town at 5 minute walking from the apartment, including mini-market, grocery, bank, post office and all other kind of shop for clothes, accessories and general shopping. Riva Ligure is easy reacheable from the highway and motorway, less than 10 minutes road from Sanremo Est (A10 Arma Taggia exit for those who are coming from France) and less than 20 minutes from Imperia (Imperia Ovest exit for those who are reaching the place from Genova-Milan). All areas can be accessed. Access to all sort of places and services (super market, food and drink stores, Pharmacy, bicycle rental store, beaches, pizzeria, restaurants, etc.) Car; taxi; bus; bicycle; rickshaw; private cars with dirver; walking important note: the price for the stay is not inclusive of the actual costs for the utilities such as the water and electricity. Said costs will be charged on consumption prior to the departure and are to be settled in cash to the lady who will come to the apartment to perform the check-out. Towels and linens are not included in the price. If needed we will be able to assist you providing sets of towels and linens at the price of 50,00 Euro per-set/per-week.
