Villa adjacent to the Circeo national park on the road between Sabaudia and San Felice Circeo, 5 min. by car from the center of Sabaudia and 10 min. from the beach. San Felice Circeo can be reached in 15 min. A short drive away is a Superstore. Guests will have at their disposal, in addition to the rooms all with bathroom and air conditioning, the exclusive use of the garden, the swimming pool and the outdoor kitchen with dining area. The internal parking space is offered free of charge The rooms will be made available based on the number and composition of the group of guests. Inside the central body of the villa there is a large bedroom (cot for children included in the price and/or a third additional single bed) with complete bathroom, equipped with air conditioning, minibar, independent access from the garden and, connected to it, a bedroom with bunk beds, air conditioning and an additional complete bathroom attached. Inside the annex adjacent to the swimming pool there is also a double bedroom (cot for children included in the price) with a complete bathroom. Exclusive use of a private garden of over 1000m2 with a 13x6m swimming pool with adjacent large relaxation area and outdoor shower. The villa also has a covered outdoor kitchen, furnished and equipped, with wood-burning oven, barbecue and adjacent dining area. Use of the swimming pool is not allowed in the winter. The property has no stairs and the parking is wheelchair accessible. The car park is connected to the garden via a ramp that can be used by strollers and accompanied wheelchair users. By booking the accommodation, guests undertake to view and respect the house rules described in the Air BnB announcement. Before the check-in, guests must send the id documents of all members of the group by e-mail for the necessary registration operations.
