Set in the beautiful Swan Valley in Perth, our accommodation offers guests a unique and relaxing experience to be remembered. Combining a country feel with modern amenities, you can relax on the lounge or the balcony, watch the wildlife and soak up the natural scenery. Conveniently nestled in the picturesque Swan Valley, there are many wineries, chocolatiers, cafes, restaurants, galleries and wildlife parks to be enjoyed, right upon our doorstep. We look forward to welcoming you. The studio is private and separate from the main house. The living area and bedroom are located upstairs, with the bathroom amenities downstairs. Upstairs there is a private balcony with table and chairs and a breathtaking view of the surrounding property. Throughout your stay a continental breakfast will be provided including cereal, bread, milk, yoghurt and juice. Coffee and tea making facilities are also provided. Your hosts Ron and Rose have lived in the Swan Valley for over 30 years and live on the property separate from the private studio. They are readily available to help you settle in, whilst also respecting your privacy. With world-class wineries, restaurants, cafes, fresh producers, breweries, distilleries, arts, crafts and tours, the Swan Valley is more than just a holiday for your taste buds, it's a journey of discovery for all senses. There are many beautiful walks to enjoy along the river front and amongst the vineyards. There are buses available nearby as well as excellent walking routes.
