A self-catering rental, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5), garden, 2 terraces, private beach, Wi-Fi Internet Beach front apartment 'I Love Njivice' is in a family villa, third floor, just on the water edge (first line of houses), with own beach, jetty, mooring and garden. Private stony beach and pier at foot of house just a couple of flights of stairs from the apartment. Pebble beaches within a few minutes walk. Ideal for swimming, multiple times every day. The gorgeous panoramic view to Herceg Novi and Boka Kotorska Bay is best seen from the terrace (6 m2) that connects the two rooms and stretches across the whole front facade. The glass doors leading to the terrace provide an unobstructed sea & mountain view from either of two rooms. The largest room's space is shared between the kitchen, a dining area. The kitchen has its own small balcony. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin. It is decorated with Marine theme and tiled in blue and white colors. There is also an additional toilet. In front of the separate entrance of the apartment, there is a spacious terrace (20 m2) that faces the garden, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs and is perfect for a morning breakfast or an afternoon meal. This terrace is only for the guests of the Apartment. An outdoor tap is in a corner of the the terrace with beautiful landscaping. Stairs from the terrace lead down to the shoreline, a sunbathing area & beach beds and shower. Our guest has a private terrace and entrance in the apartment. Prices shown are for the property per day. Bathroom towels and bed linen are included and changing weekly. Wi-Fi Internet is COMPLIMENTARY. Across the Bay from Njivice are the towns Herceg Novi, more than 600 years old, with numerous fortresses, palaces, and churches and Igalo, a well known for the Institute Mediterranean-themed health spa. Take a walk from Njivice to Igalo or Herceg Novi, to promenade by the sea 'Five Danica', gorgeous walking trail, 6km long. To enjoy evening walks take hike up to hill and scenic-view restaurant with ethnic cuisines. Further is the Ilinica (by Croat border), Orthodox Christian Church XVIc) and memorial for the French soldiers (1806). Breathtaking view of the Boka Kortska Bay and Croat town Molunat. The location of Njivice is perfect if you are looking for a quiet peaceful village close to Dubrovnik and seeing sites around the bay of Kotor. Other Activities:: Fishing, snorkeling, swimming, painting. We suggest you to bring the equipment for those activities. Specially for children! We shall organize for you some attraction in area! Boat excursions to Blue Cave, Miriste, Zanjice, Rose and island Mamula or fishing, if you like it, and preparing fresh fish from the Bay at a grill. We advise you to take your digital camera with accessories for underwater shooting! It is a great privilege even to enjoy in watching! Having holiday in beach front apartment 'I Love Njivice' is perfect for families with children and couples who wish to stay just on the beach and amenities, enjoying the nature and relaxing holiday. The sea is warm, clear and safe. The children love feeding the fish and catching small crabs around our jetty and beach. Air-conditioning and electric oil filled radiators can be used for off-season heating. Airport transfers can be arranged from either Dubrovnik (Croatia) or Tivat Airport (Montenegro). If you want to call taxi or rent a car, scouter or bicycle, it can be arranged upon request. Property has a private parking. A mini bus service from Njivice to/from Igalo and Herceg Novi runs regularly and four water taxis at two hour intervals through the day. Banks, cash points (ATM), food markets, boutique clothing stores, etc., are all available in Igalo and Herceg Novi (3 -8 Km). There are many restaurants all along the coast, most overlooking the sea and serving a fine range of sea-foods as well as international and traditional menus. There is a free delivery services from fine restaurant in Igalo. In Njivice, restaurant 'Lanterna', with sea food, pizza/grill (for our guests 10% discount) & Mini-Market, are at 50m distance from apartment and the Club Hotel Riviera at 200m distance. Private parking is for 3 cars. This is a review of my guest from UK: "This beautiful Apartment is in holiday home, with unique position, on the beach! Perfect for holiday specially with children. 'The view from our bedroom balcony on the top floor apartment was stunning, across the bay to Herceg Novi and the majestic mountains behind – it was always fascinating to watch at dusk as Herceg Novi lit up. Every morning we sat out on the balcony before 6.30 am with our coffee, waiting for the sun to rise over the mountain ranges opposite, shimmering across bay, before having an early morning swim at 7 am! We would also see huge cruise-liners gliding round the headland towards the Bay of Kotor – by early evening, we would watch the same cruise ships heading out to sea. There was a lovely, quiet shaded terrace at the back of the apartment. Our teenage children loved being able just to skip down the stairs from the apartment to swim from the jetty in the bay. We could sit and watch them playing in the water from the balcony."
