Expect a very comfortable stay at this spacious (110m²), well-equipped apartment in a traditional, wooden home in Bregenzerwald. Handcrafted rooms and floors with high-quality furnishings. There’s plenty of space to spread out (110 m2). The cosy atmosphere of this apartment includes a touch of high-quality Austrian rustic. Wood panelling, floors and furniture: you’ll find Bregenzerwald handcraft everywhere. For added privacy, the kitchen is separated from the living room/TV area by a glassdoor and large glass window, both can be opened up to the living room . Newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and two sinks and toilet. Two large bedrooms, one with king-sized bed, the larger bedroom with king-sized bed and 2 single beds. all with great matresses! Seriously comfortable stay for couples, families and friends. The apartment can be rented together with the smaller top floor apartment in the same house, if your large group needs more space. A garden with seating in front of the house and a bigger garden behind the house with dining area, sun lounges and a grill, shared with other guests and the hosts. The main entrance room offers an area to leave your shoes or sports equipment. There are umbrellas for guests in case it rains. In winter, an 8-pair ski boot dryer available and skis can be stored in the cellar. In summer, the barn offers a safe space to store your bikes. Parking directly in front of the house. If you have more than one car, please let your hosts know. The hosts also live at Haus Kammern. Guests staying in the apartments have complete privacy yet still feel safe and welcome. Any questions about the area, where to go or what to see, the hosts are there to help. The Kammern neighborhood is very safe. The neighbors are friendly land will welcome you as you walk by. In front of the house is a garden club with fruit trees and beyond that, the street leading to Egg and Schwarzenberg. Behind our house are meadows with cows and horses. You can see the Bregenzerach river from the house. Close to the Bregenzerach river for swimming. Egg is the perfect starting point for hiking, biking or skiing. Our guests appreciate being close to the mountains yet within walking distance to the village. From Haus Kammern you can walk to the stores, restaurants and bus stop in less than 10 minutes. The bus (free with the Bregenzerwald card in summer) brings you to all Bregenzerwald villages, Bregenz or Dornbirn. Lake Constance, Germany or Switzerland are all within 30 minutes by car. Bregenzerwald Guest-CARD in summer (with free entrance to public pools, mountain lifts as well as free public transportation within the Bregenzerwald) included with a stay of 3 nights or more. Winter: Ski storage, Ski boot dryer. No Bregenzerwald card is offered in the Winter season.
