Apartment - Giencyno Koncina

Our advantages are great prices, friendly conditions, a great starting point for lovers of tourism and summer and winter sports. So close to Zakopane that you will come back on foot at night. At the same time so far that you will rest from the hustle and bustle. We live in the same building in the lowest parts. The apartment consists of two separate bedrooms, one of which also serves as a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with tub and shower. The apartment is located in the attic of the building, which has a very positive effect on the views from the windows and balconies. In the summer, our guests can use the comfortable gazebo and grill in the garden. Children are welcome to play on a swing. Our Airbnb guests use the attic apartment exclusively. The common room for all guests is the entrance and the staircase. Guests also have access to the garden and the possibility of using the gazebo and barbecue. I am on the spot, I live in the same building, on the lowest floors. In the vicinity there are two taverns Rąbanica and Muzykancko. The first feeds great, the second teems with life and music. At a distance of 300 m there is a very well-stocked local ABC shop, the nearest larger Lewiatan market at a distance of 1 km. Leaving the building, I suggest you turn right and go for a walk in the fields, where there is nothing but space and beautiful views of the Tatra Mountains to admire. It's worth taking a blanket because you might want to stay there longer :) Zakopane, specifically Krupówki, are within 5 km. from our facility. In Zakopane, I particularly recommend Cafe Tygodnik Podhalański, Cafe Piano and GuGu Park - these are places with a so-called soul. However, above all, many routes to Zakopane from the Tatra National Park set off, and this is our biggest attraction. I am happy to help and advise in choosing the trail, because you can not be here and not go to the mountains! Even at the lowest :) In winter, we have ski slopes in the immediate vicinity - both at a distance of about 2.5 km, Suche Ski and Harenda. It is 10 km to Bania in Białka Tatrzańska. Communication with Zakopane is pretty good. A bus / minibus to and from Zakopane leaves every 10/15 minutes. The nearest stop is 150m. from the place, another one 400m. further. For our guests we have prepared a map of the immediate area with marked stops, shops, taverns etc. And a map of access to Zakopane enabling avoiding traffic jams forming on the main road. A walk to the center of Zakopane takes about an hour. To the cost of stay is added the local fee required by the municipal office in the amount of PLN 1.50 per person per night.
