A lovely place to relax and take a break, with two available bedrooms. The bathroom is shared with the owner (1 person). One can make use of the kitchen and living room, a gorgeous garden is available to enjoy a lovely sunny day! There are two seperate bedrooms. A cozy master bedroom (14 m2) with a double bed and a balcony at the rear of the house. And a spacious attic (24 m2) with two single beds and a sitting area. Guests have access to all parts of the house, the bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden. Hospitality is very important to me, my goal is to make it as pleasant as possible for you. During your stay, my home is your home! Zeist is located in the centre of the Netherlands, near the city of Utrecht and about 60 km from Amsterdam. Zeist is surrounded by the beautiful woods of the Utrecht Ridge, walking and cycling trails are available. Furthermore, Zeist has an attractive city center with nice shops, the 17th century castle Slot Zeist and the grand square Broeder- en Zusterplein. Distance to public transport (bus): 5-10 minutes walk. Distance to center: 15 minutes walk. Distance grocery store: 5 minute walk. Distance to Amsterdam: 50 minutes (car). Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked in the garage. A beautiful private garden is available to enjoy the sun, pond with turtle included! Check-in and check-out times are flexible but should be discussed.
